During my course, in my fifth semester, I had "ad design" as a subject. For this project, I had to choose a product, and design its brand and advertisement campaigns from scratch.

Product: Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins

Tagline: Bloom with Nature

USP: Eco-friendly

 

Why "biodegradable" sanitary napkins: It is a very important product for women in today’s generation. However, use and throw sanitary napkins pollute the environment more than we can imagine. Hence, my product, sanitary napkins, biodegradable in nature, is of utmost need today.

 

Target audience: Any female who is going through menstruation; particularly in the middle and upper class.

 

Challenge Statement: Launch of a new product brand in the market, with various line extensions based of the size -  Small (S), Large (L), Extra Large (XL), Extra Extra Large (XXL), All night (AN)

 

The idea:

Intent - A new brand of Sanitary napkin is out in the market

Content - To promote environmental protection, with our USP - biodegradability nature of the product

Construct - Feel good techniques

 

Central Idea: Sell the products offered by Prakriti with the main intention of saving the environment, along with the idea of making a woman feel confident and proud of her womanhood.

Direct Marketing Project

During my course, in my sixth semester, I had "direct marketing' as one of my subjects. For this subject, we had to present a project in which we had to create our own brand and its products, and sell it using various marketing techniques. This was a group project.


Brand name: 9 Creative Twist

Products: Quilled Jewelry & Chocolates

USP: Hand-made products  

I made the quilled jewellery. They were of two types:

  • Jhumkas

  • Jewelry set (pendant + earrings)
