DIGITAL PORTRAITS & ILLUSTRATIONS
As I started focusing on freelance projects, I got various commissions to work on, which included different digital portraits and illustrations. Besides client work, I also worked on various personal projects which not only included digital art, but also canvas art which is updated on my Instagram account @temperlikelava (link given at the bottom of the page).
CALENDAR 2019
The theme of the Calendar: MUMBAI
Requirements: 25 Table calendars and 25 Wall calendars
I was assigned to design a table calendar and a wall calendar for the year 2019 by the company, Chevron Petroleum Pvt. Ltd., India.
The theme I had to follow was Mumbai since everyone is fond of this wonderful city of dreams. I discussed the topics I had chosen to illustrate for each month and after approval, the journey began! My health suffered in between the project, but the company was understanding and gracious enough to extend the deadline. It took me one month to complete the task which involved illustrating, designing the table and wall calendars, printing and delivering. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The font used for the numbers are handwritten by me, and the font used for the months and the days is DK Lemon Yellow Sun.

U_Turn Festival
U_Turn Festival was based on the concept of a flea market, which was going to happen on 16th and 17th March 2019. I was asked to design creative posts based on the "Retro" theme for their social media handle. The project lasted for about two months. This festival was going to be conducted for the first time in Kanpur city, Uttar Pradesh, India.
